Using KareSwiftServe

These terms apply when you browse, order or subscribe on KareSwiftServe. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

KareSwiftServe is an online marketplace based in Kigali, Rwanda. Products are sold by verified wholesalers; we run the storefront, take payment on their behalf and deliver your order with our own agents.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Keep your password and one-time codes private. Never share the delivery code with anyone except the agent handing you your order.
• Tell us straight away at the support address below if you think someone else has used your account.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Rwandan francs (RWF) and include VAT where it applies.
• Prices and stock are confirmed again when you place your order. If a price changed, you'll see the new total before you pay.
• We accept MTN MoMo, Airtel Money and — in some areas — cash on delivery. Unpaid mobile-money orders expire after 30 minutes.

Delivery

We deliver across Kigali. Orders placed before 12:00 are usually delivered the same day. An agent will call ahead; you confirm receipt by giving them your delivery code. See Returns & refunds if something isn't right.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — for example by placing orders you don't intend to pay for, scraping the site, or posting reviews for products you didn't receive. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes
